Diana Sodzi is a Ghanaian career growth strategist and the founder of DreamRoute Studios, a career development platform created to help students, graduates, and young professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and make intentional career decisions.
With a background in Human Resource Management, career development, talent acquisition, digital skills, and personal branding, Diana combines her professional knowledge with her own experiences navigating career growth to help others find direction in an increasingly competitive world of work.
Her journey into career development was shaped by a simple observation: many young people are ambitious, but they lack clarity about where their skills, interests, and goals fit together. This became the inspiration behind DreamRoute Studios.
